Access and eligibility

EdgeAlgo provides plan-based access to market-analysis tools, guided onboarding, and customer support for traders who want clearer structure and cleaner decision support.

Submitting checkout details starts the purchase process. Access is confirmed once payment for the order is complete.

Checkout and payment

Plan pricing is shown before checkout for the term you select, including any valid referral-based percentage discount applied before payment.

An order is treated as complete once EdgeAlgo receives confirmation that it has been paid. An incomplete payment does not complete the order, does not grant access, and does not entitle the customer to partial delivery or partial access.

Refunds and final sale

All sales are final once EdgeAlgo access has been granted to the customer's TradingView account. Granting access delivers the product in full and immediately.

Before access is granted, a customer may request a full refund for any reason. Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, and paid orders where access was never delivered are refunded in full regardless of timing.

A free trial with the same automated access is available before purchase, so every customer can evaluate the product without paying. The full refund policy is published at /refund-policy.

Renewal and cancellation

Plans renew automatically for the same term until they are cancelled, so access continues without a gap.

Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. A customer may cancel at any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee, by emailing billing@edgealgo.net from the purchase address.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Access continues until that date and then ends. Cancelling stops future charges and is not in itself a refund of the current period; refunds are governed by the refund policy published at /refund-policy.

Access delivery and acceptable use

After confirmed payment, EdgeAlgo may prepare access, onboarding, and customer-only record visibility using the checkout details you submitted, including your purchase email and TradingView User ID when relevant.

You agree to use EdgeAlgo for legitimate market-analysis and educational purposes and not to misuse, copy, redistribute, resell, or improperly share protected materials or access without permission.

Access may be limited or removed if the service is abused, shared improperly, or used in a way that disrupts the product or support experience for others.

EdgeAlgo is designed to improve clarity around market structure, momentum, and directional bias. It does not guarantee profitability, successful trades, or future performance.
