Recurring plans can be cancelled whenever you choose, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
To cancel, email billing@edgealgo.net from your purchase address and say you want to cancel. No reason needed. You will get a confirmation by reply.
Access runs to term end
You keep access for the period already paid for. Cancelling does not cut it short.
Renews until cancelled
Plans renew automatically for the same term, so access continues until you cancel.
Cancelling is not a refund
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the period you are currently in.
How to cancel
Email billing@edgealgo.net from the address you purchased with, and say that you want to cancel. You do not need to give a reason. Cancellations are confirmed by reply within 1 business day.
Keep that confirmation. It is your record that no further payment is due, and it is the fastest way to resolve any billing question later.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops the next renewal. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so a plan cancelled mid-period continues to the date that period was due to end.
If you cancel after a renewal charge has already been taken, the cancellation applies to the following renewal. The period just paid for runs its course.
What happens to your access
Access to the EdgeAlgo indicators continues until the end of the paid period, then ends automatically. Your TradingView account is not affected in any other way.
Nothing else is deleted when you cancel. If you come back later you can buy a new plan and access is granted again to the same TradingView username.
Cancellation is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the period you are currently in, and it does not reverse a payment already taken.
Refunds are handled separately and are governed by the refund policy: all sales are final once EdgeAlgo access has been granted, with duplicate charges, billing errors, and paid orders where access was never delivered always refunded in full.
If you believe a charge was taken in error, contact billing@edgealgo.net before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Almost every case is resolved faster directly, and we would rather fix it than have you fight it.
Failed payments and changes
If a renewal payment fails, we attempt to contact you before access lapses so a card or billing detail can be corrected. Access ends if the payment cannot be completed.
If plan pricing changes, existing recurring customers are told in advance of the renewal it would apply to, and can cancel before that renewal if they do not want to continue at the new price.
